Tips:MySQL prefix for customers

These variables exists in VHCP configuration file /etc/vhcp/vhcp.conf

MYSQL_PREFIX = yes 

 'yes' = prefix is optional
 'no' = prefix is forced

MYSQL_PREFIX_TYPE = infront 

 'infront' = infront of the name
 'behind' = after the name

setting variable to empty, prefix can be configured by customer.

Notice! Prefix is a customer ID number, not customer's name.
