VHCP is developed under Debian GNU/Linux. It means that best support for it comes if you use Debian on your operating system. VHCP works also with:

  • Fedora Core 1, 2, 3
  • RedHat Linux 7.x & 9.0
  • SuSE Linux 7.x & 8.x & 9.x
  • Ubuntu 5.04 & 5.10 (with external installation script)
  • FreeBSD (not fully operational)
