From VHCP Support

Overview

Here you'll see all your subdomain / alias records, if your hosting package includes them.

Add subdomain

Select Add subdomain from the menu to add a new subdomain for your domain.

Subdomain name is the part of your domain name which comes before main domain, like support.vhcp.org.

Directory tree mount point is the folder where you want your subdomain to point. Folder is located in the root of your FTP space.

Click Add to add subdomain to the VHCP system.
